Guild Award Program

The following categories are nominated by members, for members & voted on by members.

Most Improved Raider Award
A raider who has exhibited a substantial gain in their raiding ability through hard work & dedication during the preceding month.
Reward: 500 EP, as well as honorable mention on the portal page & the forums.

Best Overall Raid Performance (MVP) Award
A raider who has performed at crunch time more often than not, and has helped ensure many victorious battles in the preceding month.
Reward: 500 EP, as well as honorable mention on the portal page & the forums.

Most Helpful Member Award
A raider or a social member that has gone above and beyond expectations through assisting or organizing various guild activities, helping new member in the guild, providing a positive atmosphere in chat or on vent, and for helping to make Undying Resolution a fun place to be.
Reward: 500 EP, or 2,500 gold as well as honorable mention on the portal page & the forums.

UR Council’s General Excellence Award
A reward given to a member of the guild of any non-officer rank for outstanding excellence in any area of Undying Resolution life be it for Raiding, PvPing, general assistance to the guild, etc, and any combination thereof. Members are nominated by active officers, and voted on. For fairness and to limit any politicking, the members nominated and voted on shall be known only by Council until a single recipient is chosen. The General Excellence Reward will be presented to the recipient by the Guild Arbiter, or Guild Ambassador on behalf of all Council members.
Reward: The recipient may choose either 500 EP or 2,500 gold paid from the Guild Bank.
